Throughout the week, feelings of sadness for what was or what could have been in this year surfaced. It was balanced out by an equal amount of fear for what is ahead of us.

It doesn’t take much to slip from one’s mindfulness practices. This is why it is called a practice. Giving yourself the grace to fall, and step back into it, over and over again.
Over the coming days and weeks, remind yourself to stay in the present moment. By doing so, you will remain at peace with both the past ad the future.
